At Associated Metal Works, our Rotary Valve line is built to deliver reliable performance and durability in dust and fume collection systems. We offer rotary valves in a range of sizes, from 10" to 30" in diameter, ensuring the right fit for your specific application.
Each rotary valve is chain and sprocket driven with a heavy-duty gear reducer, providing consistent and efficient material handling. The round bolt-connected flanges on both the inlet and outlet allow for secure installation and seamless integration into your system.
For safety and compliance, all rotary valves feature a fully enclosed steel drive guard that meets OSHA standards, ensuring operator protection. Additionally, our valves are designed for easy maintenance, featuring a removable front plate for quick access to the rotor, minimizing downtime and simplifying service.
With rugged construction and a focus on efficiency, Associated Metal Works Rotary Valves provide a dependable solution for handling bulk materials in demanding industrial environments.
The housing of the Associated Metal Works Rotary Valve is built for strength, precision, and ease of maintenance. Fabricated from 1/4" carbon steel, it is formed to exact tolerances, ensuring a durable and reliable structure. The smooth interior surface promotes the free flow of material, minimizing buildup and maximizing performance in dust and fume collection systems. Designed with maintenance in mind, our rotary valve features a removable front plate, allowing for easy service access to the rotor. This design ensures quick and efficient maintenance, reducing downtime and keeping your system running smoothly.
The rotor in the Associated Metal Works Rotary Valve is engineered for durability and efficiency in dust and fume collection systems. Constructed with 1/4" carbon steel blades, it ensures robust performance in demanding applications. The rotor features Neoprene Rubber Wiper material in either 1/4" or 1/8" thickness, providing an effective seal while minimizing wear. 12-gauge carbon steel cover plates add further strength and protection. Designed for easy maintenance, the rotor includes 1/2" steel rod gussets that bolt in for quick removal. The 1045 ground and polished steel shaft delivers smooth, reliable operation. Depending on system requirements, rotors can be configured with 6 or 8 blades to optimize airflow and material handling efficiency.
